Policemen is plainclothes have arrested two students of Rajshahi University from a private
dormitory in the city’s Chalkpara area.
Rafiqul Alam, deputy commissioner of Rajshahi Metropolitan Police, confirmed to The Daily
Star that a team from CTTC of Dhaka Metropolitan Police arrested the two on Sunday in a fraud
